We are committed to delivering your Domerival order safely and efficiently.

Free U.S. Shipping Over $89

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $59. Shipping fees for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days before shipment. Processing time may vary slightly during weekends, holidays, sales events, or peak seasons.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically 8-12 business days, depending on your location, local carrier conditions, customs clearance, and seasonal shipping volume.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, customs inspection, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, a tracking email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please also check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

Tracking Updates

Tracking information may take 24-72 hours to update after shipment. If your tracking does not update immediately, please allow some time for the carrier system to refresh.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected regions, including the United States and other available destinations shown at checkout.

If your country or region is not available at checkout, we may not currently support shipping to that location.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Domerival is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you need to correct your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to update the shipping address.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information and allow additional time for carrier updates. Some delays may occur due to weather, customs, local delivery volume, or carrier processing.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or unclaimed shipment, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If the tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please check your mailbox, front door, building reception, parcel locker, neighbors, or local carrier office before contacting us.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges may be required by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country or region.
